Jon Hamm, Noah Hawley, Juno Temple Team for Anthology Series 'Wild Tales'

Acclaimed actor Jon Hamm ("Mad Men," "Baby Driver") and Emmy-winning writer-director Noah Hawley ("Fargo," "Legion") are teaming up for a new anthology series titled "Wild Tales." The limited series, which will premiere on Amazon Prime Video, boasts an all-star cast, including Juno Temple ("Ted Lasso," "The Offer") and will feature six standalone stories that explore the dark and often surreal side of human nature.

Hawley, who will serve as showrunner and executive producer, said in a statement that he was drawn to the project because of its unique format and the opportunity to work with some of the industry's most talented creatives. "I've always been fascinated by the way a single event can ripple through time and impact multiple lives," he said. "With 'Wild Tales,' we have the chance to explore that idea in a visually stunning and emotionally resonant way, with each episode offering a unique and unforgettable experience."

Hamm, who will star in one of the episodes, described the series as a "mind-bending journey that will challenge our perceptions of reality." He added, "I'm thrilled to be a part of this incredible project and can't wait to see how it resonates with audiences."

Temple, who will also star in multiple episodes, praised Hawley's writing as "both beautiful and terrifying." She said, "I'm honored to be a part of this groundbreaking series and to have the opportunity to collaborate with such extraordinary talents."

The release date for "Wild Tales" has not yet been announced, but it is expected to debut on Amazon Prime Video in late 2023 or early 2024.
